Setup multilingual plugin on the site. Now I just need to hunt translators... Would love Spanish / Russian / German / French & Chinese.

Doing some Swedish concept translations & re-vamped the translation pages in the wiki.

General Design Doc. is almost done, just cleanup left. Dan brought up SEO for WTactcis, so I'm catching up on SEO "theory".
